“I had a great experience performing Umrah with Aimah Tours. I personally traveled from Aurangabad to Delhi to join their group, and everything was well organized from the start. The guided Umrah with Amaan Bhai was very smooth and spiritually uplifting. He explained everything clearly and ensured that the group stayed together and comfortable throughout the rituals. We also went for Taif Ziyarats, which was a beautiful and memorable experience. The entire journey was well-managed, and the team was supportive at every step. Overall, everything was handled professionally, and I am satisfied with their service. I would definitely recommend Aimah Tours to anyone planning their Umrah journey.”

2/23/2026“I thank Aimah Tour for granting me the opportunity to perform Umrah in Ramadan. May Allah bless them. There are some matters I need to address. First of all, I booked with Aimah Tours, but I was unexpectedly clubbed with Riyaz Tours of Lucknow, which I found quite strange. Secondly, I was assured that proper segregation for non-mahrams would be maintained. I was told that if anything happened, it would only be under exceptional circumstances. I chose to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, this was not upheld. Non-mahram men and women were placed together. My main question is: regardless of whether it is the last ten days of Ramadan or not, are we willing to cross the limits set by Allah Azzawajal and place non-mahrams together in the same room? What made matters worse was the way this issue was handled. I observed that no strict action was being taken while I was in Makkah, so I contacted the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah (1966) and even the police (911). Alhamdulillah, they were kind, helpful, and agreed that what was happening was completely wrong. One of them even mentioned that I should have informed the Ministry on the very first day. The reality is that such practices are carried out while the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah remains unaware of these mishaps I was very disappointed with how the situation was handled. To my surprise, the group leader said it was Aimah Tours’ responsibility to prepare the list correctly and ensure proper segregation, but they failed to do so. He asked me to cooperate, saying it was only for a few days. He even said they might have to terminate my visa or send me back. I responded that I would rather be sent back than remain in a situation involving sin, as I intend to stay within the limits set by Allah Azzawajal. Alhamdulillah, with the help of Allah, the Ministry intervened, and I was given a separate room Stand against such injustice. Do not cooperate in sin. Hold people accountable when they try to normalize what is haram. We do not bend the rules set by Allah Azzawajal. Remain firm upon the Qur’an and the Sunnah, and Allah will help you. What was truly surprising was that those who were initially rude later said, “Allah is watching.” SubhanAllah — while placing others in a situation of sin, he said that Allah is watching? This is something we should all reflect upon and truly fear Allah Azzawajal in our actions. Before concluding, I asked the Ministry officials what I should do if the same issue occurs again in Madinah. They clearly instructed me to report it immediately again. Update for their reply > I stand by my original review based on my personal experience. I also want to clarify that in Makkah, I experienced communication from the group leadership which I found very distressing, including statements suggesting possible consequences such as visa cancellation and being sent back, This caused me significant stress at the time, rather than the calm reassurance expected for pilgrims. While communication with the officials of Aimah Tours over WhatsApp was respectful, in my experience it did not lead to any clear or practical solution at that time I was advised to cooperate with the arrangements, but I personally could not proceed due to my religious concerns of appropriate boundaries with Non mahrams. As Muslims, we are accountable to Allah, and I acted according to what I believed was correct. Alhamdulillah for Allah's help in every condition. I did not feel the situation was handled with the professionalism and care that pilgrims deserve, especially by the group leader. It was deeply disappointing for me as a guest of Allah. My concern is broader: even if certain practices are common in the industry, religious sensitivities should always be prioritised. Widespread practice or operational difficulties should not override clear respect for non-mahram boundaries, regardless of the package type My concern is not about individuals. Pilgrims should be guided with Professionalism, not fear-based communication. Hoping for a positive change in the future. Thank You”
